Mastering complexity to
accelerate discovery.
We bridge the gap between complex neuroimaging data and actionable research insights. Our focus is empowering pre-clinical researchers to streamline workflows and enhance the quality of life-science outcomes.
Our Mission
Neuroscience Simplified.
At NeuroSimplicity, we believe that the bottleneck in modern neuroscience isn't data generation—it's data interpretation. As imaging modalities like Light Sheet Microscopy and Micro-CT produce increasingly massive datasets, the tools to analyze them have lagged behind.
Our mission is to democratize access to sophisticated, reproducible analysis pipelines. By automating the complex mathematics of deformable registration and atlas mapping, we free scientists to focus on what matters most: the biological question.
Validation
Proprietary Algorithms, Peer-Reviewed Validation
We develop proprietary algorithms that streamline neuroimaging analysis, rigorously validated by our team's fundamental work published in top-tier, peer-reviewed scientific journals.
High-Impact Publications
Methods and technology validated in Nature, Cell Reports Methods, and other leading publications.
Proprietary Patents
Protecting our novel deformable registration and atlas mapping algorithms.
Leading Institutions
Early adoption by top-tier academic and pharmaceutical research labs.
Leadership
Our Leadership Team
Jared S. Rosenblum, MD
Founder & President
Jared is the founder of NeuroSimplicity. He brings to the table a wealth of experience in translational science and medicine, cultivated during his tenure as a post-doctoral fellow in the Neurosurgery Department at Brigham and Women’s Hospital, Harvard University.
He subsequently served in the Neuro-Oncology and Surgical Neurology Branches of the National Institutes of Health (NIH). His pioneering work in rare diseases and technology development has been published in top-tier journals such as Nature Methods, Cell Reports Methods, and JCI Insight.
Bruce R. Rosenblum, MD
Chief Medical Officer
Bruce brings to the table a wealth of real-world medical experience as a neurosurgeon in the NY tri-state area for over 35 years.
He completed his medical training and residency at Mount Sinai in NY and a competitive fellowship in the Surgical Neurology Branch of the National Institutes of Health (NIH), where he invented and utilized cutting-edge imaging techniques to advance treatment options for neurosurgical patients.
